This website is dedicated to the many irons in the fire of Danny Plyler the "HYPER BALD GUY". He lives in the wonderful promised land of Bracken County, KY and loves organic gardening and farming. He is trying to connect local farmers in the community with people who have a desire to eat naturally grown foods and meats.
Tarhe Martial Arts Institute was founded in May 2004 by Chief instructor Danny Plyler for the sole purpose of teaching his Christian community how to effectively defend themselves and their families. Many Christians have not learned how to effectively defend themselves because many people have the misconception that martial arts are a form of religion. It is not a religion but is true that many religious people on the continent of Asia use the martial arts training in their daily regiment of life. This is so they can effectively defend themselves against a person or persons wishing harm to them or anything they have a duty to protect. Mr. Plyler has been training in the martial arts in one facet or the other for most of his life, and in 2000 he began training in Ryukyu Kempo under Grand Master Gary Rooks. Mr. Rooks is in the United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame for his knowledge, skill and research in White Crane Systems of Okinawa and China as well as the Pressure Point arts and Sound Theory.
Danny is currently training for MMA fights. He fought in the MMA Big Show in Nov 2006 and won his first fight. He will be fighting again in June 2007.
